Nexar designed and managed a two-day programme in Singapore, incorporating a hybrid broadcast infrastructure and a digital programme designed specifically for the 400+ participants joining remotely from across Asia Pacific.

Programme architecture departed from standard summit convention, prioritising structured debate and facilitated peer exchange over keynote presentation formats. Remote participation was managed as a primary audience requirement throughout the design process, with dedicated production resources and real-time digital facilitation ensuring consistent programme quality across both participant groups.
